About Alberto Salvatella
My professional experience in the beauty sector is 25 years.
The first 15 years, as part of large global beauty groups such as the l''oréal group, revlon-the colomer group and coty, where I joined the marketing departments of the subsidiaries, in the pharmacy, professional and mass market channel, at local and international level.
During those 15 years I had the opportunity to develop launches in practically all categories, hair, body and face, makeup and fragrances.
In the second stage of entrepreneurship, magasalfa and his team have developed the category of fragrances and personal care, the latter being the one we have opted for. Today we have 4 brands with a global presence and we are vertically integrated, and a brand like lacabine is in more than 50 countries, growing double digits annually with lots of innovation in skin
